Can we bring outside Food and Drink? Do you have food and drinks?
We do Not allow outside Food and Drink. We have a Cafe area that offers a large variety of delicious food such as kids meals, sandwiches, salads, snacks, boba drinks, Pizza, smoothies and much more! You can find our food menu online:-

Where can I get more information about LOL Kids Club?

How is the Check-In Process at LOL Kids Club?

To be admitted to the playground, you will be asked to sign a waiver. To save time when you arrive, you may fill out and sign your liability waiver in advance. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old in order to sign a liability waiver. If you are not 18 years old, please ask your parent or legal guardian to complete this process. Every adult must fill out a waiver including adults without children.

You may also use our computers in our facility to fill and sign a waiver, but depending on the number of customers there may be a waiting time. We highly suggest for you to complete the waiver online, on your phone, or any computer connected to the internet.

What is the liability waiver for?
The waiver is an agreement that you sign to consent that you understand the rules, risks, and policies in consideration of being allowed to enter into the play area and/or participate in any party/program or any other event at LOL Kids Club. You may read the full text of the waiver here.

What is the Admission Price? Admission is good for 2 hr PLAY and see pricing below-

 

Monday to Thursday(2 Hour Play)

  • FREE  – Infant (0-9 Months)
  • $12.95 – Child (10 months- 17 years)
  • FREE  – 1st Adult
  • $7.00   – Additional Adult

Friday to Sunday(2 Hour Play)

  • FREE  – Infant (0-9 Months)
  • $16.95 – Child (10 months- 17 years)
  • FREE  – 1st Adult
  • $7.00   – Additional Adult

Can the first child be the youngest one and then the other kids will be additional price?

    • No. The first child will always be the oldest child in the group.

If I have two children and two adults, would both adults be free?

    • No. It is only 1 free adult per group.

Do I still need to pay even though I am not playing in the playground?

    • Anyone who pass our security gate is required to pay. We are charging for occupancy since we do have a capacity.

Do I need to go in with my children?

    • Yes. We do require one supervising adult at all times.

We are just going to be here for only an hour. Do I still need to pay full price?

    • Yes. General admission prices are for 2 hours of play.

Is there a time limit?

    • Yes, admission is for 2 hours of play. You can extend your hours by buying additional tickets!

I’m not playing. Can I wear my shoes?

    • Everyone going beyond the security gate is required to take off their shoes and wear socks. It is for the safety and sanitation of others.

Do you have military discounts?

  • Yes, military families get 20% admission discount by showing a valid military ID.
  • Military discounts are not combinable with other offers or coupons, including Tuesday and Thursday specials.
  • Military discount is only towards admission and not applicable to cafe items, events and other products.

Do you have Membership Benefits?
Yes, our members enjoy the following benefits:-

  • Entry level (0 points) receive 10% admission discount and gets 3 points for each dollar spent.
  • Heroic level (1500 pts) receive 20% admission discount & gets 3 points for each dollar spent.
  • Legendary level (3000 pts) receive 30% admission discount, 10% OFF Party package and gets 4 points for each dollar spent. Party package discount is only once per year and can’t rollover.
  • Eligible for promotional offers.
  • Membership structure and terms may change from time to time without further notice.

How can I register for a membership and what I need to know about LOL Kids Club membership?

  • To become a member,sign up at Guest Service and receive your membership card.
  • To get membership card & to enroll to membership benefits, you only pay $25 per year.
  • Membership only applies to the card holder. It cannot be transferred.
  • Membership cannot be combined with any other kind of promotions, discounts and or coupons.
  • Membership cards are limited to each location.
  • Upload funds into the membership card and use the card to pay for ADMISSION, CAFE and PARTY PACKAGES to receive points and membership discounts.
  • Each time you use your membership card, you accumulate points and when you reach to a certain amount of points you could move up to the next level.
  • The card holder could pay for admission for family members and their friends as long as the cardholder is present and if there is enough funds in the card.

I lost my membership card, can I get a replacement?

  • Yes, you can get a replacement card for only $2.00

 

LOL Kids Club Party FAQs

Can we bring outside food?

  • Aside from cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, and pre-assembled goodie bags, no outside food is allowed. No ice cream or ice cream cakes are allowed because we do not have freezers large enough to hold them.

Does the birthday child count in the package?

  • Yes, the birthday child is included in the package as well as one of the parents.

How much would it be for additional children for my Party?

  • It would be same as our regular admission price, look for our FAQ for admission prices.

What if there are more adults than children?

  • If there are extra children tickets available, they can be used for the extra adults; however, extra adult tickets cannot be used to pay for additional children.

If we have less than the designated number of guests, what happens?

  • If there are any leftover children admissions, free admission tickets will be issued to the party parent for their use whenever they want to bring their children back. If there are any leftover adult admissions, NO free pass is issued.

How long is the private party room for?

  • 2 hour private room

Do we have to leave after the 2-hour room reservation is over?

  • Yes, events are for 2 hours. You can extend your stay with purchase of additional tickets but you have to check for availability of tickets.

What types of interactive games do you play with the children?

  • Scavenger hunts, musical chairs, limbo, dance off, freeze dance. However, games are optional and availability may vary.

Can we add food on the day of the party?

  • No, but you may order from kitchen menu. If you order from the kitchen menu, you may wait based on the number of customers ahead of you. So, we recommend ordering party add on foods or beverages few days before your planned party day.

How much would it be to add more food?

  • See add-on menu for prices.

Can we bring our own decorations?

  • Yes. Decorations like tablecloths, and centerpieces can be brought in the week before the event and/or the day of at least 30 minutes before the event starts.
  • If you bring them the day of before your event starts, please be aware that our staff will be cleaning the party room(s) from the previous party decorations. You may enter your party room 10-15 minutes before your event to set up.

We do not allow:

  • Any décor that damages the walls (double-sided tape is ok)
  • Any décor that hangs from the ceiling
  • Confetti, piñatas, or any décor that will make a big mess

Party parent may be subject to an additional cleaning fee if these guidelines are not followed.

When can we bring in our decorations?

  • We ask that you bring the decorations in the week before the event so that our staff can decorate the room for you. If you would like to set up the decorations yourself before the event starts,
    you can come 30 minutes before your event. Just be aware that our staff will be cleaning the party room(s) from the previous party decorations.
    You may enter your party room 10-15 minutes before your event to set up.

How many tables are in each package?

Ontario, CA Yucaipa, CA & Las Vegas, NV
  • Classic: 2 tables and 1 table for food
  • Deluxe: 4 tables and 2 table for food or gift
  • Ultimate: 6 tables and 3 table for food or gift
  • Each table seats 8 people
  • Classic: 3 tables and 1 counter for food
  • Deluxe: 6 tables and 2 counter for food or gift
  • Ultimate: 9 tables and 3 counter for food or gift
  • Each table seats 8 people

 

Can we reschedule the party to a different date?

  • Yes, but it is dependent on availability. We just ask as a courtesy that you notify us at least 2 weeks in advance if possible.

Can we bring in a character, balloon artist, or face painter?

  • Yes, however, the character will be counted as one of your guests.

If we cancel our party, will we be able to get our deposit back?

  • No, the deposit is non-refundable.

WALK-IN PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. All shoes must be checked in to Guest Services;
  2. Socks must be worn at all times as it is for sanitary and safety reasons.
  3. There must be a responsible adult over the age of 18 supervising their children at all times!
  4. All tables in our cafe and lobby area are on a first come, first serve basis; THERE IS NO RESERVING TABLES!
  5. TABLE COVERS AND OTHER DECORATIONS (such as banners, confetti, glitter, or piñatas) ARE NOT ALLOWED! Balloons are okay.
  6. You may bring in your own cake, cupcakes, cake pops etc. NO ICE CREAM CAKES OR ICE CREAM.
  7. Alcohol, drugs, and/or weapons are strictly prohibited!

 

LOL KIDS CLUB PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You must agree to all the following terms and conditions to book a party at LOL Kids Club:-

  1. At the time of booking a non refundable deposit of $100 must be paid to reserve a party package.  This deposit will also be used towards the balance of the selected party package. You may book your party over the phone, in person or online at https://lolkidsclub.com/party/ You can make payments anytime before your event, either over the phone or at our location. Full payment must be made before your party begins. Any amendments made to the booking may be subject to an administration fee at the discretion of the management.
  2. If you cancel your party or do not show up the day it is scheduled then full payment is required.
  3. We store customer card info to run on our terminal for billing reasons. We would not use these details unless the customer does not show up for a reservation or if a customer fails to pay for the service received. It would only be stored in secure human non readable form. If a customer fails to pay, then we will automatically charge the card on file.
  4. Any children or adults passing the amount of allowed guests per package will be charged the general admission price. Have your guest check-in under your party and you will be charged at the end when finalizing your party.
  5. All guests need to fill out a waiver ( https://lolkidsclub.com/waiver ) in order to be admitted into LOL Kids Club playground. It is always recommended to fill out a waiver online for a speedy check in process.
  6. You will receive a call or email from an LOL Kids Club event planner the week leading up to your party to go over the details and confirm everything in your party.
  7. Changes to party size must be done at least 10 days prior to scheduled date. Deadlines for changes in food order or color must be done at least 3 days prior to the scheduled date.
  8. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult over the age of 18 years at all times.
  9. We will try to maintain your party room preference but there is no guarantee and rooms may change. By booking your party with us, you understand and agree that your party room(s) may be rescheduled to a different party room(s).
  10. Parents should ensure children play in a manner that is both safe & shows consideration to other children.
  11. Any and ALL food must be final on the day of confirmation. There will be no exception to this rule.
  12. No outside food, snacks, drinks, or ICE CREAM will be allowed past our admission gate (ONLY exceptions are: Birthday cake (No Ice Cream Cakes), cake pops, cupcakes, and Party Favors).
  13. Socks are required for everyone attending your party (Children and Adults).
  14. No pinatas, confetti, glitter, paint, or any loose decorations will be allowed in party room (A $100 Cleaning Fee will be applied for decorations not following guidelines). You may be charged if you break or mishandle any company property.
  15. If you bring your own loot/goody bags, please hand those out as your guests are leaving.
  16. Everyone in your party will receive wristbands with matching color.
  17. You may arrive 30 mins before your actual party time to check in, get settled and help decorate the party room if you wish, but please be aware that our staff will be cleaning the room(s) from the previous party.
  18. If anyone in your party has a food allergy or you have a special request please inform an event planner.
  19. If you plan to have a balloon artist, face painter or your child’s favorite character, they will be accounted as one of your guest in your party.
  20. You may order more food the day of your party but, ONLY from our Kitchen Menu.
  21. LOL invitations that are included in Party Packages may be picked up at our location or printed online on our website.
  22. 15% gratuity is automatically included.
  23. Party time scheduled is set and may be rescheduled if available. The party slot times mostly available are as follows but this may change depending on availability on other factors. Please call to confirm for availability and other possible arrangements.

Please understand that the goal of LOL Kids Club is to provide a safe and fun environment for anyone and everyone entering our facility. If you or any of your guests act inappropriately, you may be asked to leave our facility without any refund.
