TikTok Giveaway – “Free Day Pass” Sweepstakes Official Terms & Conditions

This giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is organized by LOL KIDS CLUB LAS VEGAS, located at 7460 S Rainbow Blvd UNIT 130, Las Vegas, NV 89139, United States.
Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.
How to Enter:
To enter, participants must comment “Slide” on the designated TikTok giveaway post.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase chances of winning.
Entry Period:
The Sweepstakes begins on 12/10/2025 and ends on 12/17/2025 at 11:59 PM PT. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
Prize:
Winners will each receive one (1) Free Day Pass to LOL Kids Club Las Vegas.
Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Approximate retail value (ARV): $18.95.
Winner Selection:
Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on 12/10/2025 until 12/17/2025 – 11:59 PM PT. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be contacted via TikTok direct message. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond results in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Rights & Permissions:
By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may use their name, username, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, where permitted by law.
Limitations of Liability:
Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or any damages resulting from participation. TikTok is not involved in or responsible for this Sweepstakes.
General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical issues compromise its integrity.
